Twenty-Eight years and counting!
Educators from Polk and Hardee Counties are invited to attend the annual Teacher to Teacher/School to School Connection IDEA Expo to network with other educators and learn about innovative classroom program ideas. The T2T/S2S Idea Expo takes place every fall. New Developers join previous Developers to share winning classroom ideas and best practices that enhance learning for students at this year's Idea Expo. The Expo is open to PreK-8th grade educational stakeholders to drop in between 3:30-6:30 PM and admission is FREE. Door prizes and light refreshments will be available. The event is hosted each year by the Polk Education Foundation and other local businesses.
TEACHER TO TEACHER IDEA EXPO
Looking forward to the 2024 Teacher to Teacher Idea Expo where Admission is FREE!
All classrooms and schools can benefit from additional funding. Attending the IDEA Expo makes it possible for teachers in grades PreK-8 to apply for Adapter Grants which provide the supply of money to replicate a program exhibited at the Expo. Should a teacher have an innovative idea of their own and wish to apply for a Developer Grant, they could be awarded as much as $700 for a classroom grant or $1,200 for a school grant, if chosen.
